We are so proud of all our young swimmers who tried out and took part in the County finals in Tuam.
Everyone did really well – while having a great time too!
Two more swimmers also received silver medals, Eoin Shox in u12 B backstroke and Lillian Owens in u16 G breaststroke. A token medal was presented by Galway County Community Games to Jack Shox due to his broken arm. Hannah Conneely also took part and did really well and should be proud of her efforts.
Well done to everyone! The name of the game is participation and everyone who participated should be really proud of themselves!
Wishing our three Kinvara gold medal winning swimmers the very best of luck in the Community Games All Ireland national finals on Saturday in University of Limerick: Eva Moylan (U8 freestyle), Alex Carroll (U8 freestyle) and Ruairi Owens (U14 butterfly).
Enjoy yourselves!!
